Location absolutely lacking. situated in an industrial estate with minimal amenities!!! Air conditioning inconsistent, often turning off and leaving rooms uncomfortably warm!!! Noise from karaoke disturbances late into the night, a big no-go for restful sleep!!!

We had a grand night here! The staff were mighty, helping us with everything we needed. The room was spacious and the breakfasts offered plenty of tasty options. Just a tad bit far from the city center, but sure, we managed!

the hotel is super close to the bus station, which was really handy for us. the room was big and comfy, we had a great sleep. loved the breakfast too, it was good and filled us up for the day. we made a day trip to florence, and it was easy to get there. staff were nice and helpful!

the shower door was broken and also, it got noisy at night from outside.
